Overall Satisfaction with RemotePC
We use RemotePC to gain access to remote client PCs as needed. Previously, we used TeamViewer to access remote computers. We do, however, want to try new software at a reasonable price, as TeamViewer is quite expensive. We discovered RemotePC by iDrive and are giving it a test drive. So far, we are pleased with it.
- The installation of the software is very easy
- The connection interface is quick
- It is easy to use
- Perform just as good as TeamViewer
- It would be good if the software can display the status of the remote computer, such as whether it is in an active session, in the login screen.
- No disable for RemotePC Host without knowing the password.
- Save time by not having to travel to customers for computer support.
- Provide a quicker response time when users need help.
RemotePC is remarkably similar to TeamViewer. It uses a similar interface to TeamViewer software. When I first started using it, I thought it was a little slower, but after a month, I noticed it was almost the same. It is stable and does exactly what I need (Internet-based remote access). The download software page is very clear, such as whether you want to download for viewing the remote host only, accessing the remote host only, or the full package (remote to and remote from) as needed. The price is my favourite feature because it is affordable, whereas TeamViewer's licence is much more expensive.
