RemotePC - Affordable, Fast and Easy Solution for Remote Support
Overall Satisfaction with RemotePC
We run our distribution business operations in 3 different states (MA, FL and TX) and we heavily rely on remote desktop software to support the users with their daily operations, as well as apply scheduled maintenance (software installations and updates, upgrades, etc.), and emergency maintenance in our equipment (computers, routers, modems, printers, scanners), too.
Pros
- Reliable Remote Desktop
- Fast and Stable Remote Connection
- Seamless Update of the Software
Cons
- Faster File Transfers
- Easier Password Management Tool
- Easier Licensing
- Remote desktop access.
- File Transfer
- Remote Printing
- Effective Decrease of Cost of Travels
- Immediate Response and Repair of Issues
- Immediate Interaction With Our Users
- TeamViewer and Splashtop
Although TeamViewer stands as the top product for remote support, the same goes for its pricing. A small business like ours wouldn't be able to afford software like TeamViewer and we would never be using most of its features.
On the other end, Splashtop is an affordable option, but its deployment is a little too complicated.
RemotePC was our choice, with an easy deployment process and a pricing program that's easy to understand and within our budget.
