Overall Satisfaction with RingEX

RingEX is used as a platform in our main campaigns, managing our voice interactions (inbound & outbound) helping our company to raise the level of reliability and quality provided in our services to our associates. This RingEX platform helps us in managing our sales campaigns, resolving previous situations that arose with the previous system. With RingEX we have accurate reports and in a faster, simpler and more efficient way, where we can verify in time almost real, our strengths and weaknesses and whether to make decisions that help the productivity of our center.

  • Very positive since unlike the other systems used, with RingEX we have everything in the same system so it saves us money on using different systems.

It is quite reliable, we have the support of being able to identify failures and escalate it, also monitor the failures that are posted on the web about the status of the failures and evolutions. Its easy start-up and access allow us to have better performance and productivity, which in the long run turns into benefits.
We have consolidated three different platforms used in one (RingEX) this helped the costs, but very important the DATA, we have reliable reports, and we can use these for daily decisions, helping in our productivity, everything is measured and everything is reported In our line of business, by being more transparent we can obtain better results and satisfied customers. With this platform we have been able to grow and help our associates grow.
The reporting part and the easy implementation, as well as the support provided convinced us to make the transition and improve the services provided. A very important part is the data where we must support our decisions, without easy to download or create reports, it was all a nightmare, with RingEX we were able to adapt to our needs and have better control of our operations.

The reporting part is essential in our line of business, we must measure everything and report it, which is why it is one of its main strengths. They are fast and adapt to the needs, also the ease of being very easy to use, which entails relatively short training for new agents who would use this platform.
