Overall Satisfaction with RingEX

I recently switched to RingEX for my business. I ported my number from my cell phone carrier to RingEX , and now that line is dedicated to my business. I chose RingEX because they have worked well with PC Recruiter, which is my ATS/CRM system. I love that this number is my dedicated business line, so when someone calls, they receive an introduction and professional message. Also, after business hours I set up, calls automatically go to voicemail. On the mobile app, I can view and listen to the messages if I choose or wait until the next day.

  • The RingEX system interfaces well with PC Recruiter; I can type my notes in real time while on the call.
  • I can also send texts through RingEX
  • While the tech support team is very good, the wait times can be very long.
  • It took several weeks to set up SMS ability and although I was given a free 30 day trial before the monthly fee began, it took over 30 days to set it up so I couldn't really learn it for free.
  • They don't offer an aut-dial function or auto voicemail function
  • The positive impact is that I'm able to dial more easily and take better notes in real time. This makes me more productive.
I have had no issues with service/reliablity once we got everything with texting figured out. That took time and was frustrating.
I've been able to automate my processes for texting, emailing and dialing. I can do it all on one screen easily.

So far, I'm happy with the system. I wish the hold times on the phone for tech support weren't so long. I wish they couldn't have set up the SMS function more quickly. I followed their instructions, but there were lag times and miscommunication between various departments of tech support. I do like that I can push a button on my computer to dial someone and can write notes on the contact record during the call and set up follow-up activities. It saves me time.
