Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling to assist with several various HR functions including payroll processing, federal and state quarterly filings, employee and management training, benefits administration, onboarding assistance, and document management. I found the interface to be very user-friendly and this is by far the top PEO system I have utilized in my professional career. It has the ability to integrate with many of our other external systems, which streamlines accounting for us. I do wish there were more ways to communicate with support besides chat and email, but overall have found the response time to be quite satisfactory. I would definitely recommend Rippling to companies looking to streamline their payroll functions.

The support professionals are very knowledgeable and often go above and beyond. Some times response time could improve and I wish there were a few more methods of communication

Again, I really enjoy Rippling. I would definitely recommend it to others and I would push to use it again at future companies.
I think of Rippling as Silicon Valley's answer to the traditional PEO provider. The technology and interface are very user-friendly and processes are able to be streamlined. I think it's a great fit for smaller companies and especially start-ups. I think it would be less of a fit for older companies that are a bit hesitant to embrace new ways of doing things and like to be able to pick up the phone and call someone with a question.
