Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling for payroll and employee management. Currently implementing the app and device management function. Before adopting Ripplings, we had a lot of difficulties managing all the devices used by our remote employees and handling the onboarding and offboarding of our employees. Rippling's app and device management helped tremendously and saved us an additional headcount on our HR team.

  • Improved efficiency for benefits and payroll management for the HR team.
Rippling is leaps above all other payroll and HR solutions when it comes to their technology and the depth of services they offer the HR team. Justworks and ADP Workforce Now has very outdated platforms and their UI is very clunky. Their robust live customer support makes the experience bearable. Zenefits and Gusto have a good platform, but they lack a lot of the additional functionality such as app and device management that Rippling offers.
Customer support is a weakness of Rippling. Definitely don't expect the same level of service and support access available on other HR platforms. They depend heavily on their technology platform and knowledge base which is useful most of the times but isn't helpful when you need help with an issue that isn't resolved by their platform.

Great usability and loved by employees and our admins. It's clear that they have invested heavily into their technology and usability. Great design of the website and lots of great features that are a must have for any HR admin. My team has only had good things to say about the platform after making the switch.
Great for scaling high growth companies that want to leverage the best in class technology solution for their HR and G&A needs. Their App and Device management feature is a must-have for companies looking to efficiently deploy and manage employee devices and onboarding. However, not recommended for organizations on a budget or used to robust live customer support as Rippling mainly leverages their technology and documentation to accomplish their functions.
