Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling for payroll and employee management first and foremost. We also use it to generate reports for historical payroll, taxes, health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance. It's very helpful in breaking down employee payments by state. The custom reporting is very clear and flexible to use. We are an early stage startup.

Best support of any product I've ever seen, which is especially impressive given how complex payroll and taxes can be. Every ticket has been instantly responded to to know it's been received and then a thoughtful follow-up is sent in a timely manner. We haven't had a request left unsolved as of yet.

Haven't had an issue that I haven't solved myself or via support. Any payroll provider is going to be complicated to some degree given the nature of wages, taxes, and insurance. Thus, Rippling's easy to use user interface and functionality is especially helpful. They do a great job here handling usability.
Companies of all sizes. Especially when onboarding and/or offboarding employees regularly. We are an early stage startup so the ability to quickly and flexibly create reports has been helpful. Rippling is not too overwhelming for a company just getting started and then seems very well-suited to continue to scale alongside the company.
