We use Riskified for fraud and chargeback prevention. The machine learning algorithm takes into account multiple factors like customer, payment and order details, data about device, network, and linked orders. Our chargeback has dropped significantly since we started using them. Even when the chargeback happens it is fully covered by Riskified.

Thanks to Riskified we can use our resources on other things that will help us grow.
