Overall Satisfaction with Robly
Our marketing coordinator is the sole user of Robly. She sends messages out to clients and views reports. The data is analyzed to see who is opening our messages and when. Robly is used in conjunction with other marketing/client management software. For our company, it is our email promotion tool.
- The templates are attractive and the emails look professional. The Robly team is great about helping your company set up a customized email template with your official logos/colours.
- Robly AI is an amazing feature! This feature records data on when each person is opening their emails. From that data, it sends an email to them right around the time that they typically open their emails. This way, our email should theoretically appear at the top of their inbox every time.
- The support staff is very helpful. Each time we have had an issue, Robly is quick to respond to chats and phone calls. It is a very personable company.
- Robly is fairly easy to use, but sometimes can be a little clunky.
- It is easy to import contacts from other email communication websites such as Constant Contact. You can also import contacts via Excel and email lists.
- When editing an email, Robly is clunky. If you want to add a picture to your email you first have to insert a picture module then insert a text module after that to continue typing. Each time a new text module is put in you have to change the font so that it is consistent. When copying and pasting text from Word or anywhere, the formatting gets messed up and you have to highlight all of the text and fix the formatting manually.

- Prior to using Robly, we had about a 30% open rating. Using Robly AI our open rate has improved a little to about 35%.
Robly is easier to use than Constant Contact. Robly's support staff is incredibly helpful. Robly AI makes it easy to send emails at the best time for the email recipient. Robly was a product that offered more customization and emails that looked more modern and appealing.
