Overall Satisfaction with Robly

We use Robly as a marketing tool, specifically with our monthly newsletter and any invitations we need to send. It keeps our clients informed and presents our firm in a professional manner while still delivering useful and meaningful content to our clients. It's used by only our marketing department at the current moment.

  • New tools including a sign up tool within a campaign.
  • Video embedded into campaigns.
  • A positive impact on our image and our view on marketing.
Constant Contact is much more restrictive in your ability to create a truly branded campaign. Robly has much more of a custom template set up and the tools you need to make a campaign yours and distinctive from a typical template. Constant Contact did have the ability for a sign up sheet within a campaign which I do miss.
It's great for newsletters where you are sending out information, but not the greatest for when you would like feedback from your recipients. For instance, you can't engage users and when it comes to events, you have to use an outside party to be able to use a signup sheet.
