Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®
We have not used any so far.
RUN Powered by ADP is being used to process payroll and onboard new employees to the company. This software is being used across the whole organization. It addresses our need to complete payroll in a timely manner without any technical issues. It also allows us to onboard our new employees and manage our HR processes.
- Processes Payroll
- Customer service is top notch
- Affordable for smaller businesses
- Employees have issues with the app sometimes
- We've had a few issues with onboarding. The onboarding wizard will not allow us to resend the registration invitation. The employee has to be totally deleted and then restarted again.
- Less time worrying about having payroll done on time
- Very quick response when there was an issue with payroll from customer service
- Good suggestions for additional products
Employees have been able to go in and check their own information without having to involve the operations staff for simple issues.
