Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®
We use it primarily for our payroll. We are a small church with only 1 employee. This is a great product that not only pays our employee but also does it via direct deposit and pays our quarterly taxes.

- Customer service has been excellent (Losha!) helping walking me through any hiccups I've encountered along the way
- The portal could be slightly easier to navigate, perhaps using pop-ups
- The biggest positive impact is on our mental health! Knowing there are experts who are taking care of all of the legal pieces has significantly reduced our stress.
- We switched to ADP from an independent accountant for our payroll services and are saving about 50% per month on fees.

My experience is limited to the setup of payroll for our church which is new and small. We only have one employee but needed to get the payroll and taxes part set up. The reps have been excellent in helping set everything up. They walked me through the sections I was missing information. It was discovered I was missing some info from the state office so they called the state office with me on the line. This would definitely address any issues with payroll, taxes, and legal status. I highly recommend it.

No, we didn't need it. The support that comes with the package we paid for was excellent and met all of our needs.
Honestly, the exceptional support has been throughout. On one occasion we need some documentation from the state and the rep called the state with us on the phone to help us get the documentation started and expedited. On another occasion, after the rep, Losha, helped me configure and implement the payroll system I got to thinking that I entered the information wrong. So, I called back and requested for Losha, though I forgot to go thru the ticket system. Losha called me back even though it was afterhours for her and she was able to quickly help me make sure we had the right information. She could've waited till the next day but because she values her customers, she was on it and took care of it right away. 5 stars!
