Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
Intacct is taking the information, including contracts and financials, from our website and then allowing us to look at reports and send out paperwork from one single source. Intaccty addresses the issue of having multiple systems to have to use instead of just one place for all of our needs.
- Sage Intacct allows me to quickly and easily add information to the invoices for us to send to clients.
- Weekly sales reports are also very easy to complete on the order invoices page.
- Some information windows are limited on the number of characters that can be submitted, and this can be very frustrating when trying to add an explanation for something.
- Editing word docs that get used as templates for invoicing is not particularly intuitive.
- Sage Intacct has made it incredibly easy to send out the invoices directly to customers with any and all other necessary attached documents, such as POs or licensing agreements.
I have personally benefitted from this automation by having Intacct directly connect information from our internal system and input it in the invoices, whereas before I had to connect everything myself using a lot of different spreadsheets.
I have not used any of these modules.
