Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
As a Sage Intacct VAR, we use Intacct to manage all of our clients that we implemented and continue to support with our support plan. We also use Intacct internally for our finance department, but I don't know much about how we use this. We see Intacct being used in many different ways and we are always learning from our clients.
- Purchasing approvals.
- Financial reports.
- Custom reports.
- 1099 efile.
- The increase in subscription cost does not go well with [our] clients.
Automate, automate, automate. This is always in my head as I am always looking for ways to eliminate the need for a human interaction. This will ensure that the report is always timely delivered to the correct recipients with the correct information. I see this feature being used all the time with our clients.
Do you think Sage Intacct delivers good value for the price?
Not sure
Are you happy with Sage Intacct's feature set?
Yes
Did Sage Intacct live up to sales and marketing promises?
I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process
Did implementation of Sage Intacct go as expected?
I wasn't involved with the implementation phase
Would you buy Sage Intacct again?
Yes
I really only have experience in Sage Intacct but I have heard that Netsuite is a good competitor. I don't know much about it all so I don't feel like I have much to offer here.
