Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
I've used Sage Intacct for the last couple of years with my company in the capacity of Admin Tech/Timekeeper for the company I work for. I will say that we have multiple offices that use it and many users who use it for different purposes but as one of many timekeepers-it has not worked well. It has been extremely slow, lags time has been bad, we often have to push refreshes, often on Mondays which is the worst day for me due to time constraints with payroll. I will say lately it seems to have gotten better, I am not sure why or what did it but for the majority of the two years, it has been a real bad experience for many of us timekeepers. The ease of learning and using the program is great but it keeping up with us has not been.
