I use Sage for creating and tracking purchase orders. It helps keep things organized and all in one place.

Removing inventory becomes very difficult when you can't give Sage a proper number of items a employee used such as screws for an example it is impossible to count how many screws was used on a entire home. The system will not process if the inventory isn't 100% accurate.

We use the accounting system but it is not my department.

Sage was very confusing at first but got a bit easier over time.

In my experience it helps you stay on track of your work and have everything all in one place instead of hundreds of papers all over your desk and in your filing cabinet. The only complaints i have is that it is very specific on the way you have to create purchase orders, there could be better navigation on the site.
