Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Sales Cloud

Salesforce Sales Cloud was helpful for our business when we used it in the past. It was helpful to manage and operate sales funnels to better improve our business operation and flow of customers/patients. Salesforce Sales Cloud was user friendly and useful for many different situations for our business.

Salesforce Sales Cloud was fairly productive allowing us to manage multiple sales funnels/campaigns at the same time which was very helpful and productive all at the same time. The product is a bit costly for a small business which was the only down side. Otherwise we used it and worked well for us.
Salesforce Sales Cloud allowed us to manage multiple funnels or campaigns which was very helpful for us. It allowed us to better manage multiple things at the same time which is always helpful for businesses of all size. Salesforce sales cloud was also user friendly and easy to navigate/manage.
Salesforce Sales Cloud was similar to Meta Business Manager and Breakthrough in that we could manage multiple funnels or campaigns at the same time. The biggest difference for us was Breakthrough was a more Physical Therapy specific product and it worked seem less with Meta Business Manager which made both work well together.

Salesforce Sales Cloud worked pretty well for us as a small business, other than the product being a little costly for a small business. We were able to manage multiple sales funnels managing multiple different things at the same time which was nice. It was also pretty user friendly other than difficult to have multiple users.
