We know who is a good prospect, and who isn't. This allows our Sales Managers to run clean, effective and real time reporting that lets us hone in on which prospects are the most likely to become clients, as the reporting stratifies the potential and how we received the referral, so we are selling more!

This is a cloud based product. As a result all information in its database is available to anyone at any time. It does not depend upon geographical locations or time zones. The information can be accessed, updated or managed anywhere and an any given time. There is security and a hierarchical system that allows for the information to be shared appropriately.

However, it doesn't have all of the touchpoitns we would need, but gives a solid overview.

We can easily see what prospects are searching for on our website and auto-generate leads based on specific criteria. Our team can then better work these leads by seeing a clearer picture of their activity by better targeting our conversations based on on-site data and other data they've supplied in our chat (e.g., team size, essential features, what's driving them to our site, etc.).

In our test case, we looked at the journey of a prospective parent looking to enroll a student at the school. This relationship is important as this is the entry point for families. Obtaining vital student info in a simple process is a big win for new families. Then, being able to manage that through our enrolments process and through ICT to create accounts in various systems all the way to academic and alumni departments is very important.

We don't use many of the Einstein features as our business model doesn't lend itself to it, but the way Salesforce can be utilised to house vast amounts of data, stored in logical relationships means it is very easy, even without AI, to get your hands on the info you need.

Data is the life blood of a mature sales organization. I'm in Latin America and the challenge for us is that most of the times the data is not 100% accurate because I suppose the biggest part of efforts are concentrated in US and EMEA. I believe there is a good space to improve.

For this particular question, we've been able to leverage our existing data to continually drum up new opportunities by suggesting new ideas of who to prospect and reach out to. This is usually combined with something like a MadKudu or another integration.

The Einstein integration makes seeing the data much easier, and the visualizations are beautifully simplistic. I think visualization is one of Salesforce's strengths. The way the data is displayed also offers the chance to find insights from the data that may not have been acquired in another way. I think it's a well-thought-out interface.

Einstein 1 provides a single source of customer data to improve businesses. This integration helps us understand customers' behavior and prospects and maintain a good relationship with our customers. Einstein helps us measure the likelihood of opportunity converting to sales and identify the risk. With all this, ultimately, the sales increase.

After the opportunity is completed, we will send an automated survey to clients to see how we did with our service. When they provide good ratings, they'll receive special offers and ask for reviews in trustpilot+google review. For unsatisfied clients, we make an automation for customer support on who's assigned to the opportunity. This way, customer support can contact them and do the retention process.

I'm not sure if this is part of the AI-driven Einstein 1 platform, but when I want to add a new account, I could start typing the company name, and SF will automatically list a few options for me to choose from. If I pick any of them, the website, address, and phone number can be auto-populated into the fields. However, it seems the function has not been active lately.

It’s helpful to see keywords that are most top of mind and important to our customers and then use those same keywords to speak back to them. They feel a synergy that we are talking about the same thing with that AI feature. It also allows us added time that we are not researching on our own but instead have a tool helping us.
