Overall Satisfaction with Salesmate

We use Salesmate to house all of our current clients and potential clients. I love that we have created pipelines for our sales team as well as for our retention department. Salesmate makes it so easy to win our deals and to track them in each department. Their support team is always available to help with issues or learning new features.

Salesmate is way better at keeping organized, creating call lists, and keeping track of won and lost deals. I spent years trying to organize blitz to no avail and that's why we made the move to Salesmate.

If I have ever run a crossed any issues the support team is quick to correct the issue or teach me how to correct it on my side.
They have the best support team around! Always willing to help or educate.
Salesmate is a great way to contact potential clients through setting up drip campaigns and email campaigns. I don't like that it lacks automation in losing deals. It should be easier to automate. If I can find a workaround based on tags and types then they should be able to add that into the automation.
