Overall Satisfaction with SAP Analytics Cloud

SAP Analytics Cloud is mainly used for direct S4 reporting.
  • Direct connection to S4
  • Same data models (CDS views) available in SAP Analytics Cloud as in Fiori
  • Easy to use
  • Difficult to keep track what is recommended way to create reports
  • Some slowness topics when using direct connection
  • Difficult to troubleshoot where problem exists
  • Increased visibility of direct SAP data reduces time used for accounting
Easy to use. Uses SAP authorization when direct connection is in use. This is a big plus.

We have 2 S4 systems where we wanted to merge the data. That was useful and easy. For some quick reports where visualization is needed, it has been useful as well.
