Overall Satisfaction with SAP Ariba Procurement

SAP Ariba is used by certain departments (supply management, contracting, risk). Ariba has allowed the various business units to collaborate and share documentation in one workspace. It allows synergy and integration among the various teams.
It allows these departments to work together in one workspace and to keep documentation organized.

I was not involved in selecting any other procurement product but I am glad SAP Ariba was chosen as it allows for efficiency, organization, and transparency between various teams. It is definitely a product I would recommend as well as continue to use.
Ease of use and functionality and organization are a few of the reasons I gave this rating. It has definitely made working across different business units as well as suppliers much easier and allowed for integration. I use it every day and the convenience of having everything stored in one location makes it easier.
I have not used the support function.

Yes

Well suited for contracting, conducting RFPs, and documenting all legal work.
I find it ideal for conducting RFPs, where suppliers can go in and upload all of their work. It is very easy to then analyze and go through the various documentation as it is all stored in one place. The fact that suppliers can go in and have access to Ariba definitely helps and makes things more efficient and fluid for our team.
