The goal of utilizing SAP BPC (business planning and consolidation) is to be able to better plan and consolidate business.

Very easy integration from SAP HANA, not so much from other sources. It is very finicky with data being uploaded and requires meticulous formatting and effort in uploads.
SAP BPC integrates very well with HANA
SAP BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation) is very well suited for business forecasting and integration. It is not very good for situational divesting or diversification of assets. It integrates well with accounting and financial reporting systems. The SAP B4 Hana system is a prime example of this. It is very good for accountants, finance, and management.
