Overall Satisfaction with SAP Card Management
Travel is common in my company and having a system that accurately consolidates all the information regarding expenses is key. Also, it being integrated with SAP makes it even easier, because it automatically accrues expenses, the expense is charged to the correct cost coding, consolidating information and financial system is made very easy
- User friendly platform
- Connection to financial system
- Easy to find cost coding
- Mobile app and web platform interface
- Modify approval flow can be hard
- Speed between card company and the app. Bank app is immediate, it can take up to a few days to have expenses reflected in SAP Card Management apps
- Connection to financial systems
- Process automation
- Keeping a track record of receipts
- Time reduction of reconciliation of expenses vs. manual process in excel
- Avoids loosing records of expenses and receipts
- Manager reports can help identify high spenders or late reporters (impacting in late fees)
