Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur

We use this for travel bookings, expense reports, and vendor invoice postings and entries back into SAP. The biggest issue is invoices getting hung up and needing manual entries to clear in SAP.

Apptricity was our previous software and, in my opinion, was way better at reporting. This was by far the biggest improvement in reporting. We were using Concur Travel, but expenses were going through her system that caused manual interventions and reports, which were difficult to reconcile. Having both on the same system streamlined the process.
We have not implemented anything recently.
Reporting is the biggest improvement.
A lot better UI than our previous one. And ease of access and use of a mobile app has greatly improved it.

Best suited to book and expense travel. Needs more work and UI work on the invoice side to make reporting and gathering information from past invoices easier. Overall, the product is very helpful and functions like expected minus the small issues mentioned earlier. I will say it’s vastly improved our T&E reporting from our previous software.
