The classic ERP travel process required manual reconciliation of the data, which was time consuming. The inability to manage the data in a workflow for end-users meant users were not aware of the status of the report unless requested. However the integrated approach with ECC meant that reporting was easier and consolidated.

Currently, where there are expenses non related to travel there is a gap in the process, where there is reporting requirements, the reporting integration is somewhat limited
