- the integration to the finance allows for quick processing
- the team that supports the travel process has a consistent standard process
The classic ERP travel process required manual reconciliation of the data, which was time consuming. The inability to manage the data in a workflow for end-users meant users were not aware of the status of the report unless requested. However the integrated approach with ECC meant that reporting was easier and consolidated.
Only SAP ECC has been integrated, allowing for he transfer of cost objects and source data
The receipt matching is innovative allowing for the reconciliation and simplification of the cost determination to add to this could be the ability to reconcile to the cost object if defined on the receipt.
The user experience for the classic travel process was cumbersome, with the Concur user interface, there is a modern design and responsive feeling to the interaction.
