Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur
Expenses and booking travel. Sometimes the system is not really user friendly and its difficult to sumbit your expense.
There should be on screen suggestions or a quick steps guiide how to do it in an easy manner.

Before in a smaller company we used onlu manual excel file for expenses etc. This process was really confusing and problematic hence having Concur helps a lot
