Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur

US, France, UK and Korean branches currently use Concur for Travel and Expense. The main reason our branches want to use Concur is for the integration with SAP for expense posting and payments.

  • Country specific taxes and rules
  • Setting up a new branch is a bit complicated, and must be done through concur consulting vs. the ability to configure ourselves.
  • User set up seems extensive compared to other bolt-on SAP applications.
  • Concur standard should add integration with SAP.

SAP ECC - full posting integration with SAP ECC
integration between travel and expense. concur has allowed our international branches to use the same tools as US headquarters.
Very simple to create expense reports, approve expense reports, post to SAP and track payment status.

it is well suited to a company which has a high volume of expense reports. Less well suited to smaller companies/branches with under 60 expense reports per month. Perhaps too complicated for those branches.
