- user interface has become much better
- navigation
- easy in and easy out
- continue to improve the interface to be more intuitive
- keep it as simple as possible for end users
- look for better reporting integration
- processing expense reports is fast and easy
- reporting within the application is not intuitive nor complete
- need better integration with GL
