The product has high availability and on time customer support. The support team is also promoting answering our queries. Not witnessed much application errors. Outages are planned and is notified earlier. Support team was always there when we require some early assistance before becoming acquainted with the platform and they helped in every manner.

Alternatives Considered

It was the best in the market and many organization's were using this when we looked for the options available in the market. It has best customer ratings and good brand value.
