SAP data intelligence was implemented on clients databases and warehouse to provide advanced analytics solutions which helped them in data storing, enrichment, data manipulation and dashboarding. Never had the chance to get in touch with a support team of SAP data intelligence platform. However, the feedback from our representatives who were in contact with the support team were always positive. The only thing which needs to be improved is that the support people should be a bit less technical when handling queries

Usability

Data is the key when you are looking at the overall company growth and performance. SAP data intelligence platform is on par or even better than the tools which are available in the market. Data handling and insight generation are the features which I enjoyed the most while using the same. The workflow is also suitable based on the overall business process.
