Overall Satisfaction with SAP Fieldglass

We utilize Fieldglass as the end to end solution for managing the contingent workforce. This has streamlined our process dramatically and automated where it was previously manual.
  • Automation
  • End to End Contingent Worker Tracking
  • Invoice Management
  • Reporting. There is a massive amount of room for improvement
  • The support needs improvement as well as organizational knowledge, which much as left SAP
  • All spend has been captured effectively
  • The visibility of the workforce has increased substantially
There are custom fields, etc. that enable data tracking in the way necessary to capture what is needed
strong user experience- relatively easy to use

It is very well suited for a gen one program that didn't have a program in place previously and lacking automation. it is excellent for automation and streamlining of the process.
