Overall Satisfaction with SAP Integration Suite
We use Integration Suite to provide real-time and near real-time data interfaces for our distributor portal.
- Provides for many data types and integration scenarios.
- Has good performance when orders are created and tracking information is updated our distributors need to know this information as it happens. They get this information in our DB portal.
- Has great audit track and trace and you can configure it when necessary.
- The setup remains cumbersome with many components to update.
- Transport layer would be nice for change management.
- Improved customer experience with real time data coupled with FIori for a great user experience.
We have used it in these cases somewhat. We need to get audit trails and change management working as the audit for these interfaces is critical. We have used SAP Integration Suite for the people updates from SuccessFactors to Microsoft AD. So this is good but the lack of understanding of the Integration Suite capabilities limits us from applying innovative thinking.
We have not used the AI functions within Integration Suite.
We are still earning and evaluating against these tools due to our infancy on all of them. Learning and adoption are slow to uptake as we have projects with deadlines and new technologies are not implemented quickly and even slow the project pace. An improvement would be to build an IMG-like function for Integration Suite.
