We deal with the orders that are placed by cx and we support them by chat, call and emails. With this software we help our fellow teammates to do better as we work on laptops and desktops personally. We had created a small team by ourself and our team lead helps us with the SAP integration suite as well. This is a very fine service that we got as this makes easy for us to work and as we are working from home this suite helps us a lot. I will surely recommend this to my fellow teammates and also my friends who are working in other organizations with different process. The suite is performing very well and the cloud option is too good. This helps us to get connected to clouds and work. The main motif is clear of this suite and I think its best to use as it is a simple yet powerful thing. Some things are lacking but hope it will do better in near future.
