Overall Satisfaction with SAP Integration Suite
Primarily using SAP Integration Suite as our Organization's Integration Platform. Data file transfers between SAP and non-SAP systems via this integration platform thus ensuring the added security and use of the latest methods of data transfer. DMC integration to the backend systems.

- Cloud connector set ups between different divisions under one company.
- RFC mode of communication could be improved.
- The one thing that immediately comes to mind is saving manual hours by setting up auto file transfers.
We are primarily an SAP customer and we realized in the long run SAP BTP is going to play a key role in an enterprise's technology roadmap.
