Overall Satisfaction with SAP Integration Suite
We use the SAP Integration Suite for integrations with SuccessFactors and also for a lot of inbound and outbound IDOC interfaces. This helped us resolve the issue we had with many terminals posting sales data into SAP ERP system. We also use CPI for a lot of File Transfers using FTP.

We loved using SAP Integration Suite to integrate our on prem system to the on could external applications. It helped us to integrate our ECC on premise to Successfactors on cloud. We also used this to integrate our on prem ECC to another on prem terminalling systems. We loved how easy it was.
We have not used the predictive analytics, but I would love to use this in the future. We have many business cases in which this will be very useful for our organization. Predictive analytics has been the talk of the town and I am sure it will benefit us a lot.
Informatica had many challenges when we tried using it for IDOC integrations. When we tried building the same integration using CPI it was a breeze. The development is easy, the monitoring and error handling was super easy. We really liked how we were able to rectify the errors and have a easy integration adding value to the business.
