Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

We used SAP SuccessFactors to improve decision making in Human Capital, improve business process outcomes, and create internal operational efficiencies. We integrated talent modules that mangers use to make more informed, non-biased decisions, i.e. performance scores integrated with compensation for bonus planning. Our overall focus was on the HR end-to-end solution this platform provides. It was integrated into every department for the purposes of goal-setting and performance tracking for all employees.
  • The HXM Suite is taking into account other vital aspects of the implementation which was often not taken into account.
  • Qualtrics is great in complimenting the collection of feedback and insights in real-time to close experience gaps.
  • HR & Payroll processes can be streamlined and accessed from all over the world.
  • It's not as customizable as SAP on-premises.
  • SAP SuccessFactors need to include consultants in the proposal requests so the correct questions are asked and the client understands the system capabilities and limitations to align them to business processes.
  • There are occasional crashes of the web application. Its code needs some additional tweaking.
  • Unified HR processes, greatly improved onboarding and learning, and started to create a performance-minded culture that is now facilitated by SAP SuccessFactors tools.

Thanks to this solution, we’ve automated countless HR processes, enriched our learning resources, and made our managers metrics-driven and employees goal-oriented. Now everything happens on the drag and drop principle, which made all processes easier for both our technically savvy and non-technical staff.
Prior to the SAP SuccessFactors implementation, the training management, delivery, tracking and compliance portions of organizational training were badly segmented, inefficient, and very inconsistent because of the lack of a centralized system. SAP SuccessFactors solved the core business challenge of requiring a centralized Learning Management and Course Completion tracking system for several position types across the entire ecosystem.

The compensation module and all of the talent suite are great. Performance Management allows for both traditional and more innovative continuous performance management and development sessions. All vital data points from the Talent Suite feed into Compensation and Core. This allows for frictionless process management and live reporting and analytics.
