Overall Satisfaction with Scale Computing HC3

We use Scale for our entire infrastructure. The ease of use was one of the driving factors in choosing scale. It is easy to manage and quickly see how things are running in our system. I love how easy it was to set up our DR solution with it and the customer service at Scale is top notch.

  • Easy setup.
  • Two Factor in the management console.
  • Moving from another VM system could be easier.
Every time I have called for support I quickly get online with a technician that has been able to solve my problems. They are all easy to understand and know their product well. I love the easy way they can connect into the system and the security of being able to turn that on and off as needed.
We have all of our applications running on Scale if was easy to setup. I like the fact that I can easily adjust memory, processor, and drive space to the application needs.

It is great in a case where you have limited IT staff. The system once up and running does not need to be micro managed. It scales up well and has a great DR system that is easy to use. I think it really would work well with any company size.
