Overall Satisfaction with Schoology
Schoology is our solution for Blended Classrooms, to enhance collaboration between students and teachers and to enhance communication between teachers and parents. Currently we use Schoology from grades 2-12 with plans to go prek-12 in the future. We are expanding the use of Schoology to include delivering Professional Development (online at your own pace, and supporting F2F PD with storage for resources) to all teachers. We also are creating courses only for parents (currently host a course for the high school PTSA) to support communication and collaboration.
- Schoology's ease of use is amazing. Teachers need very little professional development in order to become proficient users. It is very intuitive, which helps teachers discover functionalities on their own.
- Schoology's support is the best I have ever experienced. Any users has several supports, from joining the Schoology Educators Group, use of a comprehensive knowledge base system, to being able to submit a ticket with a less than a day turn around. Schoology is a company that truly stands behind their product by making customer service and support a priority.
- Schoology is consistently improving. They recognize that their product must evolve with their customers
- Would love to see (coming soon I hear) is a better way to collect/rate users suggestions for improvements.
- Schoology has had a positive impact with our new (year 2) 1:1 Personalized Learning Initiative. Having access to a tool with some many possibilities helped teacher integrate technology early in the initiative.
- Schoology continues to improve communication with parents. Having one place for parents to access all academic information is key and Schoology is helping us get closer to accomplishing this.

During my tenure at Falls Church City Public Schools we suffered through a a few Learning Management Tools that did not meet our K-12 needs. When we discovered Schoology, is had (and still has) the best mobile application out there. This providing us the flexibility needed as be began to explore the device we would use for our 1:1 initiative. Schoology's social network like structure help all teachers relate to the product and its intuitive design allowed teachers to learn the tool quickly. It quickly became the most popular tool with our teachers and students.

- As a Schoology Administrator, I find the user management is easy to use.
- Assessment building is extremely easy for any teacher. This easy to use feature has lead to a huge increase of teachers taking on online formative and summative assessments.
- The Discussions feature is my favorite. It is incredibly easy to create a thread and manage the responses. The student have many options of adding content (files, links, embedded content, audio) to enhance their responses.
Yes - Schoology has the best mobile app of any LMS. I can do almost anything as a teacher via the app. The mobile app was one of the main reasons we went with Schoology 5 years ago.
