Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut

We use SeekOut in conjunction with LinkedIn to approach candidates in multiple ways. We typically start our seach in LinkedIn, first identifying candidates and sending a message in LinkedIn. We then export the LinkedIn profiles to SeekOut, using SeekOut's capability to obtain email addresses and phone numbers, to reach candidates in these ways. We'll often start with LinkedIn, then export to SeekOut, and after obtaining email addresses and phone numbers, export to Lever (our ATS), to send email messages from Lever, then possible texts and/or phone calls. Using SeekOut in this is very effective in reaching candidates and gives us access to candidates that we wouldn't ordinarily have using just LinkedIn. We sometimes start our search with SeekOut, and it offers capabilities (such as radius/geo search) that LinkedIn doesn't, but we're used to LinkedIn and more comfortable using it. We're still getting used to SeekOut and will probably use it more exclusively as we gain experience.
  • Provides accurate email addresses: SeekOut provides accurate email addresses and allows for direct and fast email follow-up with candidates.
  • Provides phone numbers: SeekOut does provide phone numbers but sometimes there are too many and you're not sure which to use and sometimes they are not current or accurate.
  • Allows for locating candidates in a specific radius from a specific city: SeekOut provides the ability to target candidates within a geographic radius of the role and it can be very helpful in finding local candidates within commuting distance.
  • I took the class recently and it was very helpful. Some of the commands require experimentation, so still working on them.
  • SeekOut has tremendous capability to filter and search with Boolean commands. The more you use SeekOut the better you become at targeting just the kind of candidate you want to connect with.
  • Too soon to tell, but I'd have to say that we are reaching candidates in ways that we couldn't before.
  • SeekOut gives us the ability to reach candidates through LinkedIn, on one hand, and through email, on the other hand. This multi-pronged approach enables us to reach candidates that are a fit, but that may not be on LinkedIn a lot.
  • SeekOut usually provides multiple phone numbers, and if you're willing to try all of them, will usually allow you to connect with the candidate.
Will Kivinski has been stellar with his follow-up and help in getting questions answered. Ongoing training classes and updates are also offered and are very helpful.

Seekout is really helpful in being able to obtain email addresses and phone numbers so, that gives us the ability to reach candidates in alternate (and effective) ways.
