Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut

As a Sr Technical Recruiter I use SeekOut to research, identify and engage passive candidates and attract them to open roles at CarMax. We are challenged every day with hard-to-fill technology roles, however, SeekOut offers opportunities for us to adapt to the realities of the current market and strategize our outreach to make CarMax stand out. This tool has allowed us to take our Talent Acquisition Strategy to the Next Level with its AI-Powered talent search capabilities.
  • Supports our ability to drill down and find candidates to fill our technology roles.
  • Provides us the opportunity to contact the candidate using email, phone and/or text messaging.
  • People Insights provides opportunities to share information about the market with our hiring managers and business partners. By location, job titles and diversity tags
  • Multiple clicks to get from SeekOut to LI profile to LI Recruiter profile.
  • Increased representation and diversity in hard-to-fill roles.
  • Reduced time to hire for technology roles.
Love the support and attention SeekOut provides its customers. They are an extension to our sourcing team. When we have difficult positions and need some additional support the Success Managers are quick to help us come up with boolean searches to increase our candidate pool.
