Overall Satisfaction with Sendinblue
I use Sendinblue to send frequent emails to customers to keep them apprised of what's new at our store, upcoming events, and highlight products at our webstore. This has allowed us to stay in touch with customers throughout changing circumstance during the past few years and to keep them informed of changes to our business - hours, offerings, etc. We can see a direct correlation between sending an email and an increase in ticket sales and online shop purchases. I also use Sendinblue to send new subscribers a welcome coupon and to create specialty lists for certain product categories based on what links are clicked. Before each event, Sendinblue is helpful for sending out a reminder email with any important details our guests need to know.
- Easy email design - It's very simple to add pictures, buttons, whatever I need. I like that I can duplicate a previous email and use that as a beginning template.
- Simple email automation - when someone is added to a specialty list because they clicked a certain product link, I'm able to automatically send them on an email "journey" with a series of emails about that product line.
- I have several options for customizing my email list - weeding out those who haven't opened an email for a while, etc.
- I'm a big user of the "undo" function, and while Sendinblue allows me to go back to an earlier version from a few minutes ago, I'm not able to simply undo the last thing I did.
- It helps us keep in touch with our customer base.
- It allows us to direct our technologically averse customer base directly to the products or events they're interested in rather than asking them to navigate our website to find them.
- Ticket and product sales always go up whenever they've been featured in an email from Sendinblue.
Sendinblue's pricing is more flexible and more affordable for a small business than both Mailchimp and Constant Contact. Sendinblue's email design is more attractive and easier to use than Mailchimp.
