- Marketo program setup could be much more intuitive and straight forward vs a lot of back and forth to set up one program/send.
- Suppliers can at times disappear at a moment's notice leaving a gap in gifts that are working well at any given moment.
- Love to see more upgrades to the platform. Feature improvements and road maps need to be more forthcoming.
- Vendor delivery times during the holiday season can be tough to pin down.
