Overall Satisfaction with Sendoso
I love the scalability and easy use of Sendoso. We use it across the organization in Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. I'm in Customer Success and we specifically use it to send gifts or thank-you's to customers per renewal, customer advocacy, to show appreciation, etc. It solves a few business problems for us. It helps us scale sending swag/gifts/thank-you's to our customers. It doesn't take the individual user much time to sent out a campaign of gifts. We sent out a large campaign for Christmas gifts to customers and it was a huge success.

- Platform is amazing (training, help center, etc. is all easily accessible from the main page).
- A bit pricy.
- Must have individual licenses - so we can't have a ton of users - have to funnel up request to managers to execute per their license (which honestly works fine).

- Bit pricey so budget went faster than expected.
I have actually not used anything like Sendoso before. We were sending out everything manually in the office. This took up a lot of time which we needed to optimize our time with being strategic advisors to our customers, not packaging swag and gifts. Sendoso helped with that problem and helped us scale our gift-giving/outreach to customers.
