Overall Satisfaction with Sendoso
We use Sendoso to build relationships at all parts of the customer journey. In customer success, when we first get a new client, I often send some swag to get folks excited about using our product. When our customers have big life events (both happy and sad) I send customized gifts through Sendoso in order to celebrate or support them. If a customer speaks at an event or creates a marketing asset with us, we use it to send a thank you gift. In sales, we also use it in prospecting.
Pros
- Easy to manage swag.
- Easy to also send customized gifts based on your circumstance.
- Address confirmation makes it easy for the recipient to confirm where to send it.
- Trackable gifts.
Cons
- Harder to send smaller quantities of things (like one pair of socks) because with fees it gets somewhat expensive.
- Deepening client relationships > more trust > better retention and expansion outcomes.
- Gifts sent through Sendoso have led to booked sales meetings.
I didn't explore other options! Previously we were using our design team to source the swag and manage it over time. That quickly got chaotic at scale because it was hard to track who was sending swag & when. It was also very manual - each rep or CS person would have to print a label and ship it themselves. So, we decided to use Sendoso instead.
