Overall Satisfaction with Sendoso

Our SDR team is using Sendoso in their outbound prospecting and relationship-building motions with both prospects and current customers.
  • Ease of Use - both through in platform use and dynamic links
  • Responsiveness - they will respond with solutions very quickly
  • Friendly
  • Dynamic Links extended into gmail vs strictly through a SEP
  • Better quick detection on failed/timed out sends
  • More intuitive organization on the backend (admin settings)
  • Increased hold rates on meetings
  • Increased conversion on longterm prospects

Sendoso is well suited for SDRs to use in cases where they have prospects who have been engaged with content and or emails in the past and you are using a gift to get them over the line and to a meeting. We have also had great success in using Sendoso as a part of our meeting confirmation process. Not the best for mass campaigning or prospecting to cold leads - you tend to lose money very quickly
