Overall Satisfaction with Sendspark

I use Sendspark to send short videos when communicating with third parties - e.g. other companies, contractors, etc.
  • The video request feature is great to get testimonials from customers. They can easily upload or record a video.
  • Works very similarly to Loom, but without the nasty memory limits.
  • I can record my head or choose to hide it.
  • The video quality / clarity is not as good as Loom, but [is] good enough.
  • The video does not load as quickly as I'd like, but I think they will improve this probably.
  • I can store all my videos easily.
  • The video request feature.
  • This saves me time as I can record a video faster than typ[ing] in certain instances - e.g. reviewing certain things.
Loom's video quality is better and renders faster, but Sendspark is catching up fast.
