  • Program Design -- Sequoia offers innovative solutions for our benefits program including cutting-edge carriers like Level for dental and vision
  • Marketing Plans -- every renewal they market our plans to find the most competitive offers and exceed expectations to deliver the best results
  • Occasionally if Sequoia is trying to meet a shortened timeline quality standards are not met or rushed to meet the condensed deadline.
Clients are aligned with one core team and this creates fantastic unity and communication between our primary consultant, systems consultant, and lead consultant. It's a very cohesive team working to create the best benefits program possible for the company. Additionally, their Advocate Team is fantastic and incredibly knowledgeable -- saves my team so much time by answering all our employee's benefits questions and helping us process rush enrollment or ID requests. A huge time saver!
