Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
We use SharpSpring for marketing and sales. For example, I create newsletters, landing pages and share content on social media by planning this through the content calendar. Others use it for sales, but I am not up to date on how they use it, so I can't tell anything about the sales.
- Building customer lists with a lot of options to segment.
- Landing pages that are very easy to create and work seamlessly with the lists.
- Content calendar that publish it to social media, saves time!
- Unfortunately, social media content calendar doesn't work flawlessly on LinkedIn due to restrictions on their side.
- You have to dive into action groups, because that can be a little bit difficult to create automation.
- Creating newsletters could be faster when you can scale the content with lines (like in adobe).
- It creates a good customer base where we can connect to our clients.
- The marketing department is expanding because of SharpSpring.
- In the sales tool of SharpSpring we have a great overview to see whether we grow, and we do!
SharpSpring has a lot of features that work great together. In that way, it has a complete platform for marketing that I need to use in my work as a content marketer. So if you are a marketer, I definitely recommend it! For sales, I don't know, because I hardly use that part of the tool.
