Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

We’ve
scratched the surface with this software! We’re using the email & contact
automation most right now. Our team has enjoyed having people to reach out to
when we have questions. The on-boarding was seamless, even transitioning our
email lists over to SharpSpring.
  • On-boarding advertising agencies – they have thought of everything!
  • Landing Pages, email marketing, and contacts/opportunities = perfection!
  • Customer Service has been amazing – it’s terrific to have been able to speak directly to someone at SharSpring who can point us in the right direction or answer the questions we needed, especially when everything was new at the beginning.
  • Social Media Content Calendar needs more development – they don’t support Instagram, that’s a must for ad agencies today.
  • We’ve saved time and money already switching to SharpSpring, it’s not been a full year yet, but I anticipate even more of an ROI in year two when we reuse what we’ve built.
  • We have not seen a negative impact at this time.
  • If you need to save time, SharpSpring could be your answer.
For the reasonable price-point with SharpSpring and the automation capabilities, you’ll find the right balance of functionality and customer service which these products could not stand up to.

4 - Tech savvy - you need to know how to figure out how to use it!
We have a web developer who helps ensure connections from other sources like Facebook & Google are talking to Sharp Spring, we use Zapier.
Vision - in order to setup successful campaigns, you need to be able to creatively setup multi-level campaigns that 'talk' to one another. For example, an email + landing page = 1 lead.
  • Leads: Google Ads & Facebook lead campaigns that filters into SharpSpring, then clients reach out to the leads and use CRM to manage them.
  • eClub: User signs up for our loyalty club, we send out emails for the client. We can collaborate easily with the client on email development and segmentation
  • Landing Pages: Develop within SharpSpring with ease! Then send emails and have users land on it.
  • Collaborative tool with our client! SharpSpring is at the top of our minds during our meetings, we discuss workflows and automation ideas
  • We'd love to see the social media calendar developed - we are super happy with our current provider, Gain. However, if we could integrate with SharpSpring, we'd make the switch.
  • We haven't even started using it for our own business growth, but we plan to!
